Return & Replacement Policy At Klassie Stores,

We accept returns or replacements only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

* Return/replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

* A continuous 360° parcel opening video (starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the shipping label and product) is mandatory for all claims.

* Claims without a valid unedited opening video will not be accepted.

* Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
